Shipping Policy - Online Convenience Store

Domestic Shipping (United States of America)

We offer Free Standard Shipping on most orders. You can also upgrade to Expedited, UPS, or USPS Priority Shipping for faster arrival.

International Shipping (Outside of the United States of America)

We currently only offer shipping to the United States of America; however, we do have customers that have a billing authorized receiving location that we ship to in the United States, and then they have it shipped outside of the United States through their service. 

Delivery (All Orders)

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days after payment is processed. Our Warehouse Hours are between 10am and 4pm CST, Monday through Friday. Most USA orders will be delivered in 3 to 10 business days after it has shipped depending on which Shipping method you select.


  • Please Note: We try to give the best possible Delivered Prices we can, including taking on all or most of the cost depending on the way you order. We offer Free Standard Shipping on most orders, or you can upgrade to an Expedited Shipping option at a reduced rate. We don't make you wait weeks for your package, however keep in mind we can't send a large package overnight using our Free Standard Shipping. We do from time to time Upgrade Free Shipping orders, but that can't be done all the time, so please expect a reasonable Shipping period on larger orders that use the Free Shipping method. 
  • Also Note: is not responsible for non-delivery, mis-shipment and/or re-shipment of packages due to inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete shipping/billing information that you provide. Returned, re-sent and/or misdirected orders will be charged the full shipping cost plus a $5.00 handling fee. Basically please make sure you provide the correct address, review your address before you submit your order.
